My name is Joanne “Jo” Dertili and I am a digital illustrator from Athens, Greece.

I spent 9 years studying and working in the animation industry in London, but due to the pandemic I moved back to Athens. Here I ended up adopting being adopted by an adorable street cat who now lives in my flat and doesn’t pay rent.

I have a BA in Digital Communication Design from UCA and an FdA in Illustration from UAL.

I focus on digital illustration and can draw in a variety of different styles. Most of my professional experience is in creating assets for animation - character design, background art, as well as 2D frame animated elements. I also have experience in storyboarding, concept art, 3D texture painting, and design for print.

I would be especially interested to work on projects involving book and magazine illustration, animation, packaging and game design.
